The notice requires that supply and marketing cooperatives at all levels should play the role of the main force in the circulation of agricultural materials and make every effort to do a good job in the supply of autumn and winter agricultural materials.Increase the efforts of adjustment and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of agricultural materials for autumn and winter planting.Strengthen the production and sales coordination with key production enterprises of fertilizers and pesticides,and effectively ensure the sufficient and high-quality supply of various agricultural materials.Strengthen the construction of the network system and promote the placement of agricultural means of production terminals in place.Accelerate the construction of a supply and marketing cooperative agricultural materials management network based on the framework of”leading enterprises+distribution centers+grassroots branches”,focus on bridging the”last mile”of agricultural materials supply,and promote the entry of agricultural materials into villages,stores,and households.Innovate service methods and means to enhance the level of agricultural material supply services.We will continue to promote the upgrading of”green agricultural materials”,vigorously promote the integration of agricultural material sales and technical services,fully utilize new products,equipment,and technologies,steadily improve comprehensive service capabilities,and promote the reduction and efficiency of fertilizers and pesticides,as well as the increase in farmers’production and income.
